Introduction

The combination of available employment opportunities and our God-given capacity for utilizing those opportunities has created the wealth that we have to distribute through the Grizzle Family Foundation.  We are deeply grateful for the blessed situation we individually and collectively enjoy, and we desire to express our gratitude by using this Foundation’s resources to increase employment opportunities and individual employment capacity for others throughout the world.

We also recognize that economic benefit should not be one’s sole aim; only by encountering Jesus will individuals’ ultimate needs be met. To that end, the Grizzle Family Foundation’s goals are to:

1. Create and expand economic opportunities 
2. Introduce individuals to a relationship with Jesus

We believe these two aims can be mutually reinforcing as part of holistically caring for people. We reflect one aspect of God’s character when we are co-creators with Him, and He desires that each one of His children be good stewards of the talents He has given them.
